EMS Technologies Names New CEO

Paul B. Domorski, president and CEO of EMS Technologies, is leaving the position he's held since 2006. According to a statement Wednesday, the company's board of directors and Domorski agreed to the departure. “We are very appreciative of Paul’s dedication and leadership during his years of service. He has been particularly instrumental in expanding the Company’s position into additional communications and tracking technologies and markets, and played important roles in both developing and executing long-term strategies for our business,” said John B. Mowell, chairman of the board. Neilson A. Mackay, who has served as executive vice president and chief operating officer during the past year, will replace Domorski. Prior to becoming chief operating officer, Mackay was executive vice president — strategy, and as vice president — corporate development and president of EMS Satcom. He joined the company in 1993, when the Company acquired an Ottawa, Ontario-based space satellite communications business.
