IS&S, Kollsman Settle Litigation

Elbit Systems U.S. subsidiary Kollsman, Merrimack, N.H., will pay Innovative Solutions & Support, Exton, Pa., $17 million to settle their litigation over the misuse of IS&S’s air date computer technology, according to an Elbit statement Wednesday. Under terms of the settlement, neither side admitted wrongdoing and the companies may explore opportunities for future business collaboration. “Under the settlement agreement, all claims between IS&S and Kollsman have been dismissed with prejudice, a final agreed injunction has been entered and the matter has been fully and finally mutually settled,” according to the Elbit statement.
