AirTran Airways Announces Nonstop Service From Richmond to New York

ORLANDO, Fla., June 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AAI), announced today that it will add two new daily nonstop flights between Richmond International Airport and LaGuardia Airport in New York beginning August 7, 2008. The flights will be operated with the fuel-efficient Boeing 717 aircraft, part of the airline's youngest all-Boeing fleet in America.
