Development/Learning category of Aviation Week's fourth annual Workforce

are leaders in the survey's Professional Development/Learning category thanks
to UTC's Employee Scholar Program, which pays tuition and all related academic
fees for employees pursuing advanced degrees -- even if the course of study is
unrelated to their job.
