India’s Civilian Helicopter Growth

Due to the tremendous growth spurt of helicopter operations in India, the Indian government is planning to establish a “helicopter mission” that would coordinate civil helo operations and uncover issues that are facing the industry. The “helicopter mission” would act as a coordinating mechanism, to be led by a joint secretary, where all of the stakeholders could join to address issues and advance the market.
