Bristow Group Announces Preferred Dividend

HOUSTON, Nov. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bristow Group Inc. (NYSE: BRS) a leading provider of helicopter services to the offshore energy industry, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.68750 per share of Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock issued and outstanding at the close of business on December 1, 2008 (the "Record Date"), which will be payable on December 15, 2008 to stockholders of record at the close of business on the Record Date. There are 4,600,000 shares of Bristow's Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock issued and outstanding.
