Eurocopter Opens Subsidiary in Jakarta

Eurocopter announced the creation of Eurocopter Indonesia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Franco-German-Spanish helicopter manufacturer based in France. The establishment of the operation in the city of Jakarta increases Eurocopter’s worldwide footprint to 18 subsidiaries. Eurocopter has been in the country for more then 30 years building BO-105, Puma and Super Puma helicopters in partnership with PT. Dirgantara. The company will continue to support its entire product line, but will use the assembly line to produce the twin-engine Super Puma MK. For related news
